Looks like rain

Menindee, and it’s f%^kin raining……schroders don’t do camping ‘cause it does sometimes f#$kin rains…..anyway, nice place (I guess), big shearing shed, big lakes, no fish, no yabbies but nice - I guess.

Anyway, after 10 mls of rain we made the decision to do a bolt for Broken Hill. Kids thought it was hilarious as we went sideways on the black river soil, heading for the table drain (where we would have stayed, said the look on my face). What they found really funny was the dumb arse warning noises that went off when the car was sideways, some idiot Toyota Prado engineer thought it was necessary to alert you to the fact that you’re heading for the table drain. Nearly bogged isn’t the same as being bogged and we made it into Broken Hill, phew.

PS - Dumb arse Toyota engineers need to spend more time on removing rattles from the dash, not have them make more f%^kin usless noises!

PPS - Camilla said to say the scenery was beautiful - "the haunting dead trees in the lakes were spectacular at sunset".

PPS - She also told me to stop swearing....sorry.
